There are four large king size bedroom suites, each with a king size
bed, bathroom and closet. The home is one level with no stairs for
entry. A large great room provides a huge open living area complete
with kitchen, dining, and game room under a tall cathedral ceiling
of aspen, red oak floors and a stone fireplace. Natural granite
covers counter tops, bar, bedroom side tables and bathroom vanities.

The private covered back deck has a Hot Tub, always ready to use.
and a natural gas BBQ grill. This home is tastefully decorated in
southwestern style. There is a large TV in great room with DVD &
VCR. Each bedroom has its own TV and 3 have VCR’s.

The house sleeps ten, 4 king sized beds and a queen size sofa bed in
the great room.

Extras include a double car garage, two 50 gal. water tanks and
extra parking on a quiet cul-de-sac. Heat is natural gas forced air
furnace and refrigerated air conditioning. The kitchen is complete
with a microwave oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, washer
and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking
utensils. A waffle iron, blender, coffee maker and bread maker
complete the kitchen. An iron and ironing board is also available.

Four eighteen hole golf courses, horse racing, casino gambling,
horse back riding, go carts, wonderful restaurants, night life
including country western dancing, snow skiing, jeep trails, and
sightseeing. Camping and hiking in the Lincoln National Forest. Art
galleries, museums, and shopping galore may be found in beautiful
Ruidoso, New Mexico.
