Your cottage is a well designed and thought out home with numerous amenities. It is a great getaway place for singles, couples and families with young children. June 1 through June 8, $175/night 3 night minimum
June 9 through September 2, $1600/week, 1 week minimum, Sat. to Sat.
September 3 through December 31 $150/night, 3 night minimum (2 night minimum if only 2 nights available)
Above rates are for 2 adults or 2 adults with children. For singles add aditional $25 per night per 3rd and/or 4th persons.
Plus 10.5% City Tax on all rates.
Cleaning Fee $125
Deposit security Summer $300, non-summer $100. Deposit refunded after your stay provided no damage is incurred.
