Fabulous Mission Hills Spanish Condos in San Diego

A cute & cozy (2 units - Roadrunner and Coyote Condos) located in
Mission Hills (central San Diego)with
gorgeous views, just up the hill from the India Street
restaurant district and National Comedy Theater and just down the hill
from Hillcrest and Metro-San Diego. We're close to just about everything!

A full-size and fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven (one
unit also has a dishwasher),
microwave and coffee-maker, a dining area, flat-screen LCD TV w/DVD.
For those with a wireless capable laptop we offer free
high-speed Internet access! This is a Non Smoking facility!.
The condo has a queen-size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress in
the bedroom, and a queen-size sofabed (Tempur-Pedic mattress) in the
living room. The condo will accommodate up to 4 adults.

Sorry, we do not accept pets.  No exceptions.

Only a five-minute walk down the hill to the Washington Street Trolley
station, with easy access to the Old Town Quarter, Gaslamp District
and Downtown, Mission Valley, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium and
Tijuana. Centrally located only five minutes from Balboa Park and the
San Diego Zoo, Sea World 7-10 minutes to Ocean Beach,
Mission Beach or Pacific Beach & a walking distance to Old Town!!!

A minimum of 3-night reservation is required!

Summer: $135 a Night (June 1 - August 31)
Winter: $95 a Night, $600 a Week, $2,250 a Month

COMIC-CON 7/11/12-7/15/12:  $245 a Night

A non-refundable Housekeeping Fee of $105 will be added to all stays.  For guests with children between the ages of 1 to 12 years old housekeeping fee will be $130.

50% of the total is due at time of reservation (money order or
personal check) and the remainder is due upon arrival (cash or money
order).

Deposit will be retained for any cancellations made within
thirty days of arrival. Partial refunds will be given if the
apartment is re-rented during the period canceled.
