It is 20 minutes to the Tiajuana border and 30 minutes to Legoland, the Wild Animal Park, and several casinos. It is a truly WONDERFUL LOCATION!

THE UNIT:

This comfortable, CENTRALLY LOCATED, 3-bedroom SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE sits on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. There is a 2-CAR-GARAGE with remotes, a large glassed-in FAMILY ROOM, private double-PATIO WITH Bar-B-Q and patio furniture, wood-burning FIREPLACE, new
kitchen appliances, new WASHER & DRYER.

Short stays (up to 3 months): Furniture and furnishings, utilities and satellite tv included in rent;$150 non-refundable cleaning fee;10.5% tx on stays less than 31 days; security deposit.

Medium stays (more than 3 months but less than a year): Furniture and furnishings included in rent; $150 non-refundable cleaning fee; security deposit.

Extended Stays (one year or more lease): Furniture and furnishings included in rent; option to rent unfurnished (no rent abatement); $150 non-refundable cleaning fee; security deposit.

Schools: Walk to Fletcher elementary. Short hop to Kearny high and middle school.

Pets: Fully fenced yard. No incessant barkers, overly aggressive, or destructive pets,
please! No reptiles, snakes or similar.

Non-smoking indoors; Patio okay.

Made to order for those needing a furnished home on a temporary basis,for extended stays, military TDY, and CORPORATE TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS.  Also available furnished or unfurnished for 1 year lease or more.
