Villa Lucia- sunny 4bed lakeview pool&tub in Bradenton

A beautifully appointed villa with a brand new pool and hot tub
overlooking a peaceful lake. Villa Lucia is on a quiet cul-de-sac
and is furnished to a high specification including artwork from
local artists. Also installed is free unlimited internet access with
free USA/Canada telephone calls.

Our home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has
a king size bed with an ensuite large bathroom with walk-in closets,
twin basins and a huge shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable
queen bed and, like the master suite, a private TV and DVD system.
This bedroom shares a bathroom with two twin bedrooms - both
imaginatively furnished for girls and boys.

The great room is stylish and modern with Floribbean touches. This
is where we sit, eat, relax and socialise. There are two distinct
dining and lounging areas within this spacious room. A stereo hi-fi
system and a TV/cable/DVD player along with some great family titles
to watch are all at hand.

The kitchen is bright and has all the usual appliances (microwave,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc..), a utility area
(with washing machine and tumble dryer) and a convenient eat in
space with table and four chairs.

Our home caters especially well for young children. We can provide
cribs, highchairs, sterilizers and other equipment on request at no
extra charge.

Villa Lucia has a wonderful outdoors BBQ and dining terrace that
leads across to the beautiful new swimming pool and hot tub. A child
safety fence is installed.

If there is anything else you need, we will do our best to
accommodate you.

Beaches - the beaches of Anna Maria Island are 20 minutes drive
away. You can reach famous Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key
within 30 minutes travelling through picturesque Sarasota.

Golf - the nearest semi-private 18 hole course is across the road
from our Sabal Harbour community and welcomes guests. This region is
famed for its golf and you will find many top-rated courses within
30 minutes drive.

Bradenton is 20 minutes from Sarasota, billed as the cultural heart
of Florida. Sarasota has art museums, botanical gardens, aquariums,
excellent theatre and evening entertainment and world-class
restaurants.

The beaches on the Gulf Coast (particularly those on Siesta Key)
have been rated as having the whitest, finest sand in the world.

Tampa is only a 40-minute scenic coastline drive from our home. This
is a buzzing metropolis with fantastic designer shops and a great
ethnic quarter.

Prime Outlets at Ellenton is Florida's largest outlet mall with
discount shopping on all your favourite brand names. You can reach
your shopping mecca within 20 minutes of leaving Villa Lucia.

And if you want to stay closer to home, we have all the top grocery
stores, drug stores and family restaurants right around the corner.
Drive, but you can walk, 5 minutes.

Disney/ Central Orlando is only 90 mins drive away from the villa.

Our standard rate is US$950 per week all year round.
Pool and hot tub heating is charged at an additional US$100 per week
if required.
