This charming 3 bedroom home is located only 90 seconds off the sand at Sail Bay in the Crown Point district of San Diego and only a few minutes more to the the Ocean shores of Mission Beach/Pacific Beach... The home has recently been given a face lift with all New indoor and outdoor furniture, Custom Paint, Bathroom tile, wood floors and 40 inch Sony flat screen over the fireplace in the Living room....

2 of the bedrooms have Pillow top Queen mattresses and the 3rd bedroom has a Pillow top full size mattress... We also have a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room with upgraded inner spring mattress for your sleeping comfort....

The back yard is huge with lots of grass and a nice shade tree...We have a new patio set with Umbrella, a Hammock and outdoor Grill with propane tank.... We also have parking for 3 cars which makes a big difference in the beach areas...

This Jewel of a home is only minutes away from Sea World, Downtown Gaslamp district and the World famous San Diego Zoo...Please come and enjoy our Crown Jewel as we have for quite sometime !!!! We know you will love it too !!
