vacation rental description
This is a cozy studio/granny flat in a quiet area of Grant Hill neighborhood in San Diego. The pictures don't do it justice as it's newer construction (2002) and very clean. It is located conveniently within the heart of San Diego, only 1 mile to Balboa Park, 2 minutes to downtown, and blocks away to highways 94, 5, 15, and 805.
This 300 square foot studio is ideal for one or two people looking for an economical option for staying in San Diego and have cooking amenities. There is no room service or laundry. There is a laundromat conveniently located one block away. The studio is connected to a main house where the owner and her family lives, and it has its own separate entrance. The studio is very private, and feels like a home away from home.

vacation rental rates
Rates are determined by seasonal demand (minimum rate typically used). Three-night minimum stay. Weekly and monthly leases are preferred and are thus reduced in price. A $300 refundable security deposit is required to cover any damage to the property. I ask that the studio is left in the clean condition that it was upon arrival, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be taken out of the deposit.
